My name is Kurt Lewis and I am a Type B Inspector in NSW and handle Type B compliance inspections in Northern NSW for the Regional Gas Operations Approval Authority.

I am also a Queensland Type B Gas Device Approval Authority as well as a Type B GWA technician specialising in unusual and difficult projects that others either do not want to do or can not do in QLD, NSW and the Northern Territory.

I am a part time gas trainer at Bizmatrix covering Type B / Gas Stationary Engines and Type A gas. I am an industry consultant for training on all areas of gas and I am a committee member on the Queensland Gas Association
(working for the industry as a volunteer to support members)

As a member of the Combustion Engineers Group, the focus is not only on continued personal development but to share knowledge with our future gas technicians which benefits the entire industry.

and Type B Gasfitter – Natural/LPG/Bio Gas and Hydrogen

NT- Type B Gasfitter

All states – Qualified trainer and assessor-Trainer for all Type B and Type A gas qualifications and industry consultant for training

I was recently involved in the design of Tri Zone spray booths in consultation with USI Italy where I advised modifications that were made in Italy to manage proved purge with multiple zones operating with one burner

Compliance and modification on manufactured gas appliances – including consultancy and on site testing
